Terms of Service

These terms apply to services purchased from Direct Career Moves ("we," "us"), owned and operated by Dan Miller.

Services. We provide career strategy services including resume writing, LinkedIn profile writing, job-search strategy, outreach messaging, and related coaching, as described in the package you purchase.

Your information. You agree to give accurate information about your work history, education, and accomplishments. We write and position your real experience. We will not invent jobs, titles, credentials, or results, and you are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit to an employer.

Timelines. Turnaround times begin once we receive your completed intake questionnaire and current materials. Delays in providing information or feedback extend the timeline.

Revisions. Each package includes the revision rounds listed on our site. Revision requests should be made within 30 days of delivery.

Ownership. Once paid in full, the final resume, LinkedIn content, and cover letter we create for you are yours to use however you like.

No guarantee of employment. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary levels, or any specific outcome.

Confidentiality. We keep your personal and career information confidential and use it only to deliver your services.

Refunds. See our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
