Before your kickoff call: Full refund, no questions asked.

After your kickoff call, before your first draft is delivered: 50% refund.

After your first draft is delivered: No refund, but we'll keep revising within your package's included revision rounds until you're happy with it.

Career Search Strategy support period: The 30-day support period is not refundable once it begins.

To request a refund, email dan@directcareermoves.com with your name and the package purchased. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We can't guarantee interviews, job offers, or specific results. Hiring decisions are made by employers. What we guarantee is a clear strategy, professional materials, and our full effort.
