Direct Career Moves respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect:

• Contact details you provide (name, email, phone) when you book a call or make a purchase
• Career materials you share with us (resume, work history, goals)
• Basic website usage data, such as pages visited, to improve the site

How we use it: To deliver your services, schedule calls, send receipts and service updates, and respond to your questions. We do not sell or rent your information.

Third parties we use:

• Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card number.
• Calendly handles call scheduling.
• Calendly's notetaker may transcribe our video calls to help me prepare your materials. Transcripts are used only to deliver your services.
• Our email provider sends receipts and service emails.

Each of these handles your data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it: Your career materials are kept for up to 2 years so we can help with future updates, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices: Email dan@directcareermoves.com at any time to request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it.
